Chocolate Fillers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. margarine
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. quick oats
    1 can sweetened condensed milk
    1 c. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Cream butter or margarine, sugar and salt.
    Blend in flour and oats until fine.
    Press about 2/3 mixture into bottom of greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Heat milk in a saucepan.
    Stir in chips.
    Spread over oat mix.
    Sprinkle with rest of crumbs.
    Press lightly.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes until light golden brown.
