Grilled Ham Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients

ham
brown sugar
honey
mustard

Preparation

Use center cut steaks cut 3/4-inch thick.
Place steak on aluminum foil.
Fold sides up around steak.
Put honey, mustard and brown sugar on each side of steak.
Rub these ingredients together on both sides.
Place on grill.
Turn over a couple of times and cook until lightly browned good on both sides.
