Cabbage Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bell pepper, shredded
    4 c. finely shredded cabbage
    1 medium onion, shredded
    1 c. canned tomatoes, drained
    6 Tbsp. tomato juice
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Mix cabbage, pepper and onion.
    Combine and mix well the rest of the ingredients.
    Pour over cabbage mixture.
    Cover and chill at least overnight.
    Will keep several days.
