Taco Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. vegetarian burger (canned or rehydrated)
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 envelope taco seasoning
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chillies, drained (optional)
    1 1/4 c. milk
    3/4 c. Bisquick
    3 eggs
    2 tomatoes, sliced or chopped
    1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese or Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    In greased frypan, saute onion and warm vegetarian burger. Turn into greased casserole dish.
    Top with taco seasoning and mix lightly.
    Add optional chillies.
