Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1 (1 lb.) can stewed tomatoes
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 medium onion, finely chopped (1/2 c.)
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    3 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    In large skillet, cook and stir onion and green pepper in margarine until onion is tender.
    Stir in tomatoes, salt, pepper and rice. Simmer, uncovered, over low heat, about 15 minutes, until flavors are blended and mixture is hot. Makes 6 servings.
