Rhubarb Party Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted flour
    1 c. powdered sugar
    1 c. softened butter
    2 beaten eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. red food coloring
    2 1/2 c. rhubarb, cut in small pieces
Preparation
    Blend flour, powdered sugar and butter together.
    Pat half of mixture firmly in bottom of 9 x 12-inch pan.
    Reserve rest for topping.
    Bake crust 15 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
