Corn Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. fresh grated corn
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. flour
a little milk (if too thick)
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. baking powder
Pam or oleo for griddle or skillet
Preparation

Combine corn and eggs.
Add flour which has been sifted with remaining ingredients.
Mix well.
Heat griddle or skillet over medium hot heat with Pam or a little oleo.
If batter seems too thick, add a little milk.
