Simple Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 uncooked pie shell
    6 slices bacon, cooked
    1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
    1 1/2 c. milk (some cream may be used)
    3 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Crumble bacon into pie shell, cover with grated cheese.
    Beat eggs; add milk, salt and seasonings.
    Pour over cheese.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
