Skillet Sausage Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. Polish sausage, cut into bite-sized pieces
    1 chopped onion
    1 chopped green pepper
    2 ribs celery, thin sliced
    1 pkg. (5 1/2 oz.) au gratin potatoes, prepared according to pkg. instructions
Preparation
    Fry sausage and set aside to drain.
