Ginger Crinkles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. granulated sugar
    1 egg
    4 Tbsp. maple syrup
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. ginger
    1/4 c. sugar (for topping)
Preparation
    Mix oil and sugar.
    Add egg.
    Stir in syrup.
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Add to mixture.
    Drop by 1-inch balls in 1/4 cup sugar.
    Coat with sugar.
    Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
