1 pkg. yeast
1 c. warm water
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Combine 2 1/2 cups of flour and salt.
Stir in yeast mixture; knead 10 minutes, working in 1/2 cup more flour so it's still soft, but not sticky.
Put in bowl and cover.
Rise 45 to 60 minutes.
Punch down; rest 10 minutes before shaping.
Bake at 475\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
