Low-Fat Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. tub margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/3 c. skim milk
    1 can drained and picked salmon
    4 Tbsp. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Mix everything together, except margarine, and make into patties.
    Saute until brown in margarine in a Teflon skillet.
