Pork Chops Florentine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 pork chops (1 inch thick)
2 Tbsp. oil
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 (10 oz. each) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
2 cans Cheddar cheese soup
Preparation

Grease a 1 1/2-quart oblong baking dish.
Brown chops in oil, seasoned with pepper.
Cook spinach according to directions, but reduce cooking time to 5 minutes.
Drain spinach.
Fold in soup and pour in baking dish.
Arrange chops on top of spinach mixture. Cover tightly and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Remove cover and bake, uncovered, for 15 minutes.
Serves 6.
