Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tall can salmon
    1 1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
    1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 egg
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Drain salmon and remove bones and skin.
    Flake salmon, add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
    Turn into greased baking dish.
    Set this dish into a pan of water.
    Bake in moderate oven for 45 minutes.
