Arizona Grapefruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 grapefruit
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
3/8 c. boiling water
1 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/3 c. pineapple juice
1 egg yolk, slightly beaten
1/2 c. whipped cream
Preparation

Cut grapefruit from top to bottom. Cut into segments with juice to measure 1 1/2 cups.
Dissolve jello in boiling water. Add grapefruit segments and juice. Pour into cleaned grapefruit and refrigerate.
Mix flour, sugar, lemon and pineapple juice, egg yolk and cook in double boiler until thick.
Cool.
Fold in 1/2 cup whipped cream.
Spoon on top of grapefruit to serve.
