Golden Squash Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. sliced yellow crookneck squash, cooked and drained
    6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
    2 eggs
    1 c. Borden or Meadow Gold cottage cheese
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 tsp. Wyler's chicken flavored instant bouillon
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a large bowl combine eggs, cottage cheese, flour and bouillon.
    Add squash; mix well.
    Turn into greased 12 x 7-inch baking dish.
    Top with Cheddar cheese and bacon.
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
    Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
    Refrigerate leftovers.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
