Cold Tongue(Pressure Cooked) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    fresh beef tongue
    2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 bay leaves
    6 peppercorns
    6 whole cloves
    1 onion, cut in quarters
Preparation
    Wash fresh beef tongue thoroughly.
    Put on rack in pressure cooker.
    Pour in water, salt, bay leaves, peppercorns, whole cloves and onion.
    Cover and cook under pressure about 45 minutes. Follow time and instructions with your cooker.
    Let cooker cool gradually; remove tongue.
    Peel off skin and remove root ends. Enjoy!!!
