Chinese Oven Fried Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. water
1/8 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
bread crumbs, crushed
4 to 6 lean pork chops
Preparation

Spray a baking sheet with Pam cooking spray.
Beat together egg, soy sauce, ginger, garlic and water.
Dip chops in soy sauce mixture and then lightly coat with bread crumbs.
Place on baking sheet and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, turning chops after 30 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
