Frogmore Broiled Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. skinned fish fillet
    1/4 lb. butter
    1 Tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
Preparation
    Lightly butter broiler pan and lay fillets on pan.
    Baste fish with butter and sprinkle Old Bay on top.
    Place oven rack on highest level and turn oven on broil.
    Broil for 5 minutes or until top of fish turns brown.
    Serve hot.
    Serves 4.
