Layered Shrimp Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 can deluxe baby shrimp, drained
1 bottle cocktail sauce
1 green pepper, finely chopped
1 can black olives, chopped
4 green onions, chopped
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
4 oz. grated Mozzarella
Preparation

Spread cream cheese on the bottom of a serving dish (quiche-size).
Brush with half of the cocktail sauce.
Layer shrimp on top of cream cheese and sprinkle with lemon juice. Layer with rest of the cocktail sauce, green pepper, onions and olives.
Top with Mozzarella.
Wrap tightly with aluminum foil and chill.
Serve with crackers or cocktail pumpernickel.
