Minute Fudge Or Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
2 1/2 sq. chocolate
3/8 c. milk
4 Tbsp. butter
dash of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in heavy saucepan and cook 1 minute after it begins to boil. Stir until sugar and chocolate are melted but do not stir while candy is boiling.
Remove from heat and let set until hand can be held on bottom of pan. This is important. Beat until ready to pour.
Add vanilla and nuts during the last minutes.
