Squash Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. grated squash
    2 medium bell peppers, chopped
    2 medium onions, chopped
    2 c. cider vinegar
    2 tsp. celery seed
    2 tsp. mustard seed
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. sugar
Preparation
    Combine squash, onions and salt.
    Let stand for 2 hours. Drain.
    Combine sugar, vinegar, seeds and pepper.
    Bring to a boil.
    Add squash and onions.
    Bring to a boil and boil for about 10 minutes.
    Put into jars and seal.
