Twice-Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large baking potatoes
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    3/4 c. milk
    6 Tbsp. crumbled cooked bacon
    4 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. chives
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash pepper
    1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
    dash of red mild paprika
Preparation
    Bake potatoes at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour or until soft.
    Allow to cool.
    Cut a thin slice off the top of each potato.
    Scoop out the pulp.
    Blend in milk, bacon, onion, chives, salt, pepper and 1 cup of cheese.
    Spoon into potato shells.
    Top with remaining cheese and sprinkle with paprika.
    Place on a baking sheet.
    Bake uncovered at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes or until heated through.
