Apple Kuchen - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1/2 c. flaked coconut
1 can pie-sliced apples, well drained, or 2 1/2 c. sliced, pared baking apples
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. sour cream
1 egg
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cut butter into dry cake mix until crumbly.
Mix in coconut.
Pat mixture lightly into ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan, building up slight edges.
Bake for 10 minutes.
