Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. milk
2/3 c. flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
Preparation

Beat all ingredients together.
Grease hot griddle with margarine or butter (only necessary for first pancake).
Fry by putting 1/3 cup batter on griddle and tilt to spread batter.
