Cheesy Baked Eggs - cooking recipe

8 slices white bread (crust removed)
8 oz. (2 c.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
8 oz. (2 c.) shredded Cheddar cheese
8 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
6 eggs
3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Butter 13 x 9-inch (3-quart) baking dish. Line bottom with bread slices.
Layer Mozzarella cheese, Cheddar cheese and bacon.
In large bowl, beat eggs.
Add milk, salt and pepper.
Beat until well blended.
Pour over bacon cheese mixture in baking dish.*
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
Makes 8 servings.
Great for brunch.
