Sweet And Sour Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sliced carrots
    1 small green pepper, chopped
    1 (20 oz.) can chunk pineapple
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Cook carrots for 15 minutes. Add green pepper to carrots and cook 5 minutes.
    Combine remaining ingredients.
    Cook until thick. Pour over carrots.
