Parsley Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. small potatoes, peeled and cut into equal size pieces
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley, basil or tarragon
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Place potatoes in a saucepan with cold water to cover.
    Add salt.
    Bring to a boil.
    Lower heat and cook, covered until tender, about 20 minutes.
    Drain and return to stove about 1 minute to dry.
    Toss briefly with parsley and butter.
    Serves 6.
