Macaroni And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. macaroni
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped pimento
    1 lb. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    3/4 c. milk
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain.
    While macaroni is cooking, saute onion in small amount of margarine. Mix macaroni, onion, pimento, cheese (reserve 1/4 cup for topping), milk and mushroom soup together.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Pour into greased casserole.
    Sprinkle reserved cheese and cracker crumbs on top.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
