Pumpkin Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. softened butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
3 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Beat butter and sugar until fluffy; blend in pumpkin and eggs. Combine dry ingredients and add to pumpkin mixture and mix well. Spread into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 40 minutes.
Cool and frost with vanilla frosting.
