Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 bay leaf
    1 tsp. parsley
    shrimp
Preparation
    Saute vegetables in butter (oil).
    Stir in tomato sauce and bay leaf.
    Simmer 20 minutes.
    Add shrimp.
    Serve over rice.
