Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 c. lard
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 egg
    5 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Mix flour, lard and salt until crumbly.
    Then add vinegar, egg and water.
    (Don't handle more than necessary.)
    Makes enough for 4 single pie crusts.
    Freezes well.
