Seafood Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. white wine
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Monterey Jack cheese
7 1/2 oz. crabmeat (white)
1 c. cooked shrimp
1/2 c. chopped celery
Preparation
-
Mix together with mixture and pour into unbaked frozen pastry shell.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
Let cool a little before slicing.
Excellent to prepare ahead and freeze.
