Spaghetti Ala Carbonara(Or "Blond Spaghetti With Bologna" According To Deirdre) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 6 slices bacon, julienne slice
    4 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. sliced ham
    4 to 6 Tbsp. grated fresh Parmesan cheese
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 lb. spaghetti
    fresh parsley
Preparation
    Brown bacon and pour off fat.
    Add oil, butter and ham.
    Saute 5 minutes.
    Do not brown.
    Remove from heat and stir in cheese, then eggs. Pour over hot, drained spaghetti.
    Mix well. Garnish with parsley. Serves 4 generously.
