Florentine Tuna Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cream-style cottage cheese
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed
2 Tbsp. crumbled Bleu cheese
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 (6 1/2 to 7 oz. each) cans tuna
4 tsp. grated onion
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. dried dill weed
Preparation

Place cottage cheese and spinach in blender. Cover and blend at high speed until smooth. Add Bleu cheese and lemon juice. Cover and blend until smooth.
In a large bowl, flake tuna. Add spinach mixture, onion, salt, pepper and dill.
Mix well. Cover and chill.
