Fiesta Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium ripe avocados
    1 c. sour cream
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1 can sliced ripe olives, drained
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    pepper
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 cans jalapeno bean dip (i.e., Frito-Lay)
    2 cans diced fresh tomatoes
    8 oz. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mash avocados; add lemon juice and a dash of pepper.
    Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning.
