Meat Loaf Ole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 1/2 lb.) round loaf unsliced Sheepherder's or peasant bread
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    1 gree bell pepper, chopped
    1 (1.25 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning mix
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (16 oz.) can refried beans with green chilies
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
    shredded lettuce, guacamole and sour cream (optional accompaniments)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Slice top off bread loaf.
    Pull out soft inside (and reserve for another use), leaving a thick shell. Set aside.
