Russian Tea Cookies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter
1/2 c. confectioners sugar
2 1/4 c. flour (all-purpose)
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. nutmeats (I use pecans, walnuts or almonds)
Preparation

Cream
together the butter and sugar.
Grind in blender the nuts.
Mix\tall
ingredients together with hands and form into balls.
Bake
in
moderate\toven
at
350\u00b0\tfor
14 to 17 minutes. Let
stand
for
a few minutes on baking sheet, then roll in confectioners sugar and let cool.
