Carrot Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. light brown sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    dash of salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. shredded carrots
    1 c. crushed pineapple (small, flat can; also use juice)
    1 large egg
    1/2 c. oil
    nuts or raisins, if desired
Preparation
    Mix moist with dry ingredients.
    Grease and flour an 8 x 8-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
