6 Flour Tortillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. baking powder
    3/8 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/8 c. solid shortening
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Mix baking powder, salt and flour.
    Cut in shortening.
    Slowly add water.
    Knead 5 minutes.
    Shape into 6 balls.
    Cover and let rise 15 minutes. Form balls into thin circles.
    Place immediately into extremely hot skillet.
    Flip when tortillas blister.
    Keep wrapped in paper towel to keep warm.
