Tomato And Herb Bruschetta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. plum tomatoes, halved, seeded and chopped
    1/3 c. fresh, chopped basil leaves
    1 Tbsp. chopped garlic
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh oregano leaves
    1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
    6 (3/4-inch) slices crusty bread, toasted
Preparation
    Mix first 7 ingredients in a bowl.
    Season to taste with salt and pepper.
    (Prepare 2 hours before serving to blend flavors.) Let stand at room temperature.
    Spoon onto bread and serve.
