Cousin Fannie'S Stuffed Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. rice
    5 to 6 tsp. sugar
    lemon juice from 1/4 lemon
    1 tsp. salt
    cabbage
    16 oz. tomato sauce
Preparation
    Mix together meat, rice, sugar, lemon and salt.
    Remove core from cabbage.
    Place head in boiling water until leaves soften. Peel off leaves.
    Place some mixture on each leaf and wrap.
    Shred leftover cabbage.
