Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    17 oz. can cream-style corn
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Heat onion and butter until onion is tender.
    In bowl, combine onion, corn, eggs, cracker crumbs and cheese.
    Stir until well blended.
    Pour into greased 1-quart casserole.
    Bake in preheated 375\u00b0 oven for 35 to 40 minutes or lightly brown and set.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
