Ingredients

1/4 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
3 egg yolks, well beaten
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. milk
1 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
3 egg whites, stiffly beaten
Preparation

Stir together flour, sugar and salt.
Blend together egg yolks, lemon juice, milk and lemon peel.
Combine liquid and dry ingredients; beat until smooth.
Fold in egg whites.
