Peaches And Cream - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. flour (plain)
1 tsp. baking powder
3 oz. vanilla pudding (not instant)
3 Tbsp. butter, soft
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1 (15 to 20 oz.) can peaches
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. peach juice
Preparation

Combine first 6 ingredients in large bowl. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Pour into greased 9-inch pan. Drain peaches well. Reserve juice. Place peaches evenly over batter. Combine cream cheese, peach juice (3 tablespoons) and sugar. Mix until fluffy. Spoon over batter to within 1 inch of edge. Mix 1 tablespoon sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Sprinkle on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes. Crust will be brown, filling will be soft. Store in refrigerator.
