Sausage Pinwheels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can crescent rolls (very cold)
    1 lb. hot or mild sausage (room temperature)
Preparation
    Separate crescent rolls into 2 long oblong sections.
    Do not separate into individual rolls.
    Press out as thin as possible. Spread each section with the uncooked sausage.
    Roll up like a jelly roll cake, beginning with the longest side.
    Wrap in freezer wrap and freeze until ready to use.
    When ready, while still frozen, slice in 1/4-inch slices.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 to 12 minutes.
    Drain on paper towels and serve.
