Microwave Meat Loaf(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 c. milk
    2 eggs
    2 lb. ground beef (use low-fat)
    1 onion, cut fine (optional)
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together and make into a mound with flat top. Place in casserole dish leaving space around.
    Microwave on High for 7 minutes.
    Turn 1/3 way around, then cook for 6 minutes, turn 1/3 around again and cook for 5 minutes more.
