Low-Cal Congealed Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small pkg. sugar-free orange jello
    1 small container Light and Lively cottage cheese
    1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip
    1 small can mandarin oranges, drained
    1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation
    Mix together Cool Whip, jello and cottage cheese.
    Fold in oranges and pineapple.
    Put in shallow dish.
    Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
