Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 to 8 boiled new potatoes (big)
10 oz. lite mayonnaise
1/4 c. oil
1/3 c. white vinegar
2 tsp. sugar
chopped green onion
salt and pepper
Preparation

Cool and peel the potatoes.
Layer potatoes, sprinkle with chopped green onion tops, salt and pepper to taste.
Make a sauce of the mayonnaise, oil, vinegar and sugar.
Dot sauce around and repeat layers.
