Pop'S Caesar Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium light green heads romaine lettuce, washed and drained
    1 clove garlic
    wine vinegar
    1/4 c. light oil
    3 Tbsp. concentrated lemon juice
    1 level tsp. dry mustard
    1 tin flat anchovies (optional)
    bacon bits (optional, to taste)
    3 crushed cloves garlic (optional)
    1 or 2 eggs (room temperature)
    plain croutons
    fresh mushrooms (optional)
    grated cheese
Preparation
    First Layer:
    1 head lettuce, chopped and placed in a large 13 x 9-inch pan.
